Right click and select Stand.
If your camera view does not adjust to behind the head of your avatar, then press your Esc key.
You can use the Camera Controls or hold down your Alt key and hold down your mouse key at the same time and move your camera around.
Click (touch) the lectern - podium and you get the blue menu with four choices of poses.
Press the Esc key a couple times to re-adjust your camera view to back behind the head of the avatar.
